Auto Velo
Just for interest sake. The auto velo, an electric bike designed to match the seated position of a car.

Fabian Cancellara's Specialized Shiv TT bike
The Fabian bike has cables running through the frame which comes out level with the handlebars. the brake at the back is also at the base near the pedals. The frame could cover the brakes at the back for protection from vandalism.
Folding handlebars
Collapsable handlebars by Joe Wentworth. The handlebars collapse down for better stacking but they also have a locking mechanism within the ends of the bars so you can lock the handles together when folded and no one car rise away with your bike.
